- In Captain’s Choice, also known as Texas Scramble, teams of four hit their tee shots, select the best drive among them, and play their next shot from there. In Captain’s Choice, one player is usually designated the captain who gets to choose which drive to select.
- One Person Captain’s Choice, although it sounds similar, is very different from Captain’s Choice.
- It is a golf tournament in which one player plays two balls. The player tees off by hitting one ball and then the next. They then choose the best drive and play the second stroke from there. This process continues until the ball is holed.
