Team or Individual play Team
  • Switch involves the players of a team teeing off and then switching balls after the tee shots. They then play with those balls until they are holed. For example, player A and player B tee off, and then Player A plays with player B’s ball, while player B plays with player A’s ball for that hole. They continue to play with the switched balls until they are holed, and the process continues.
  • Switch can be played as match play or stroke play. Either the total number of strokes for both players can be counted, or just the better ball of the two.
